I received this product free as part of a promotion. This is a great concept for kids! I have 3 children (7,5,3). They were super excited to decorate this and try it out! It worked out of the box like the instructions said. Based on the photos on the box I expected the quality of the picture to be decent. They’re really not, but I didn’t expect much from a kids toy so I’m not disappointed or anything. The pics have a grainy quality up close but look better from further away (see attached photos). The pictures also print on a thin paper, not a photo paper and curl up (because the paper is on a roll in the camera). My 3yo ripped an entire roll out of the camera and I was somehow able to roll it all up and it still works just fine, thank goodness. I feel like a roll should last a while as each photo prints around 3.5/4 inches big. I’m not sure how youd get more once you run out. I haven’t checked the brands products yet to see. You definitely need the instructions to figure out some of the controls as there aren’t many buttons on the camera and some do multiple functions. The plastic doesn’t feel super durable and my kids have only had it for a day, so I hope it holds up. Only time will tell. Overall a cute idea. Edit: it’s been a few days and my kids are having SO much fun with this and I am loving seeing the pictures they take. I do want to say the closure for where you put the paper photo roll keeps popping open on my kids. Probably because they’re pulling at the photo paper too hard when they go to rip a picture off, so I do wish that held a little better.

This product is on the market for a while and I have seen other kids have it as a birthday gift a few years ago. I finally got one for my own daughter. The price is much cheaper now and it is truly fun to be able to see the photos right after you have taken them. It is great to play it at the party and have your friends to bring back the photos right away. The photos, however, are not color photos and they are black and white. It is ok for me as I am not looking for high quality pictures which can be taken by cell phones. The printed photos just add different fun activties among the kids. I don’t know how long the photos may last and I assume it wont’ be longer than a few years.

I understand it’s a kids camera but that doesn’t mean the picture quality should be crap. I’ve done multiple trials and errors with the settings but the picture quality never got better. Very disappointed and I don’t recommend.

My son absolutely loves his camera. However, there does not seem to be a good option for replacement paper. The company does not appear to seek any and their description lacks the appropriate size required for the replacement. When searching for a replacement the standard size is 57x25mm. However, 57 is too small which causes the paper to jam when little hands and trying to tear it off independently. I spend more time fixing the paper than he gets to actually play with it. Now I am hunting to find different sizes to find the best fit. Or find a way to close the gap.

I purchased this product as a gift for a 3 year old. Her and her mother were very excited to try using it. The day after the birthday party they tried, and the mother sent me this photo. Not only did it not work, it wouldn’t turn on. After reaching out to Amazon, they were able to send me on that works. It’s pretty cool, and very user-friendly! They got the new one to me in 48 hours.

We bought this for my 4 year old for Christmas. She loves it. The concept is great – it’s easy to use. The photo quality isn’t great but it was good enough for her. Unfortunately there is no ink left. The camera just prints blank paper when she takes a picture now. I do not see how to purchase any ink for the camera and the Amazon troubleshooting is not helpful. Disappointed because she’s only had it a few months

This is a really neat and fun camera, it’s a shame it broke so quickly. My son dropped it and the screen inside it dismounted and it’s hard to see what you’re aiming at now. I can’t figure out how to open it up to reattach the screen. It comes with stickers, which he promptly used to decorate the camera. It has 3 rolls of photo paper, a neck strap, and a charger cord. The camera has a video function. Battery seems to last awhile. The settings are more detailed that you’d expect for a kid camera. It has features such as, date and time stamp, auto off, tone settings for the print job, and a bit of memory for photos and videos. Overall, I like the camera. It is still usable after being dropped, but feel that it should be made a bit more tough as it is designed for kids!

This instant camera is suitable for situations where there are no professional photo printing facilities nearby or when kids just want to see the photo they just took. Yes, the photo that they took is going to appear on the LED screen on the back of the camera, but if their favorite picture is able to be printed out, they are going to be much more excited. This camera accomplishes that. Here are some thoughts about the camera: 1) The camera prints black and white pictures. For those desiring color pictures, this instant camera won’t cut it. Also, the prints are about as wide as a credit card. Not that wide. As long as your expectations are set right, this instant camera will meet your needs. It does not print color, Polaroid width pictures, but for village kids on a mission trip, this works wonders! 2) There are plenty of helpful accessories to help make this camera attractive. There is a strap that can easily go over a toddler’s hand or neck. There are stickers and color markers to accentuate the printed pictures too. Even stickers of two fish kissing. 3) Charging of this camera is via a USB cable. I like that it does not require AAA or AA sized batteries, but if once the lithium are done providing power, the whole camera may need to be thrown away. I guess there trade offs. Overall, if you believe your kids find this camera a valuable addition to their make believe play or fun play, I would recommend getting it.

Although the camera filters and frames can be fun to use, the picture quality is very low and pixelated. The photos looks like rough sketches. It can be kind of fun to color the photos in though. The arrow buttons allow for navigation in the settings, but there is no select button, so I’m not sure how to actually click on the photo gallery and such. This camera comes with an SD card, a lanyard, 2 extra rolls of paper, small markers, and a charging cable. Each charge lasts a long time, especially if the camera is turned off between uses. I’d say it is definitely a play camera, and to not expect the picture or video quality to be as good as advertised.

Definitely worth the money!! Easy for all ages! The quality of the product is amazing. It recharges simple to change the paper and simple rip off of the pictures! The picture do come out black white! Grateful kids to take on trips to give them a chance to capture moments! My kids have their walls covered with their pictures they have taken! And they look cute taking the pictures!

I have gifted 3 of these cameras! They are easy to work with, ages ranging from 2/12-5year olds. They love, I love, the black and white pictures but the screen on the camera is color. Very inexpensive.

Sometimes a price is too good to be true. My child loved it till we realized the buttons don’t work on the camera or need to press down to the point you feel like like you’re breaking it. Going to try a second one but until then this review stays up
